Took my weapon to the blacksmith to add a soul. Forgot to take it back before leaving the blacksmith. Now the weapon doesn't show up in my inventory or diagram of equipped items (which claims I don't have a weapon equipped). However, the game does seem to be aware on some level that I still have the weapon. It shows up in my stats, my battle graphics and when comparing some other weapon in my inventory to it.
