This is basically the same game as the one that has been running for quite a while, but it will be all official material, no house rules or non-rulebook sources of any kind, and I may enforce mandatory characters if things get too far out of hand (TRF has said that things were getting carried away in the other game). I also want chracter and OOC dialouge to be better managed, in other words don't fill this game up with a bunch of meaningless chatter (If all you want to do is talk about something, do it in the other game). New players are always welcome, and in fact encouraged, even if you don't own any of the books or know any of the rules. If any new players want to join, see the other game for rules, give me a race and class, and I will take care of the rest. As soon as at least 4 characters are made, this game will begin. The module I am using is a DCC, known as "The Black Pearl" (and I don't mean the ship from Pirates of the Caribbean)
The Chieftain's big *** sword and mace, the dead guys' weapons, several daggers, swords and bows and whatnot. Ask and I will tell you if it is in the pile.
Magical two bladed sword? And I'll take the chieftain's sword.
I totally forgot why we're here. Something about these goblins terrorizing a village, right? >.>
How about killed everybody but three people in the village.
You leave through the cave (lead by the Dwarf) and every Goblin and Orc you see flees at the sight of the Chieftain's head and weapons. You come to the village. It is in very good condition and it is full of people. It is almost like it was never attacked. You see the woman and her son from before.
M: "Follow me. The master will explain everything when we get back."
I actually remembered that part. That's my version of terrorize.
Remind me never to make you angry.......
She leads you to the old building where the Wizard was. Where as every building was torn apart and burnt before, they now stand in pristine condition. Where bloody, rotting corpses lied mere hours ago, children play in the street and townsfolk stare at the Chieftain's bloody head. As you come upon the Magic Shop, it is still the same old, worn down building. Melissa leads you inside.
R: "Ah, you have done better than I had thought. I sent nine people out and three came back.I had long given up on you surviving, Adepte. I suppose you would like and explaination for why nobody in town is dead?"
R: "No, I merely showed you the future. If you had not done this, they all would have been killed in the coming month. You have saved the life of everyone here in the village."
