The experimental part of this will be that there is no Character sheet and there is no limit of players; The noly requirement is your time and commitment.
Surrounding you is what could only be described as a Void... The darkest black you could ever imagine. You're not even sure if you exist or not in this..... Darkness.
Suddenly, what must be thousands of cards appear in front of you, all face down--or at least you think-- and all a different shade of one color or another. The assortment stretches for as far as you can see in every direction, including up and down.
Choose a color.
*As a side note, please try not to all pick the same color, it will make this very difficult if that is to happen. Choosing the same color as someone else is fine, but please try not to follow a pattern if you see one forming. Like I said, ANY color you can think of*
Legion: You touch an amber-colored card, and nothing happens. Then the card starts rippling and then a honey-colored water comes out of it. The flow continues until you are nearly drowning in it.... Wait, why aren't you breathing? There is no feeling, no touch, no taste.... You never existed.
Everything goes black.
You awake, and the first thing you see is the beautiful blue sky. There is not a cloud in the sky, and a bird is circling high ahead. The salty scent of th esea hits your nostrils as you sit up and look around to see a pristine beach, the water softly lapping against the shore. To the left the sea. To the front, a large grey cliff with...Is that a person? Well there is something up there, you can't tell from your distance away. To the right, a large sandbar which obscures your vision in that direction, though you can see a few scrubs braving over the top. Behind you, more beach and a tree.
The pattern is irrelevant, 'Tis a means of determining fate :P
Sonic: You touch the black card with red stripes; this card decided fitting in and being a solid color was uncool, so it decided to add red stripes to itself just to be a Rebel.
There is an immediate reaction from the card, it starts glowing and growing larger;It engulfs you and you swear you see things that no person should ever have to see.
Everything goes Black... With Red stripes!
You awaken, and you jump as something heavy falls on you. You look, and it is a shield. Surrounding you is utter chaos and your hears start ringing from the extensive battle raging all around you.
Legion: You approach the cliff, the sand burning against your feet as you notice how HOT it is; sweat glistens on your skin not a minute later.
You reach the cliff, and note there is also a small cave underneath the cliff. The surface is covered in various forms of moss, and it is a miracle you reached the top without slipping once.
Before you is a very fair feminine figure in a pure white dress; she hasn't noticed you and seems to be staring off across the sea. You notice the small pile of belongings strewn next to the larg erock she is sitting on.
What do you do? Thank you
Sonic: You pick up the shield, and note it is of woven wood and has a very strange emblem painted on it.
[i] You look around; there seems to be two sides: A relatively primitive side, wearing very fine Leather armor with similar shields to the one you have and rather nasty looking barbed spears and scimitars and very intimidating face paint. I'll finish this in a separe post.
The other side, chainmail with finely ccrafted steel weaponry and a much more uniform appearance compared to the more savage enemy. The 'civilized' side seems to be winning, but the Savags' ferocity and zeal seems to be picking up.
You touch the crimson card, and nothing happens. You swear you can hear Elevator music somewhere as you wait for what seems to be an eternity. Then, it erupts in a fountain of blood wich overtakes you as everything goes Red.
You awaken in..... A soft bed? You can hear the sound of children playing somewhere nearby, and as you sit up you note a small cottage; The bed you were on occupies the nearest corner, there is a small fireplace across from you, a table with books messily piled on it and a sheathed Longsword propped in the corner. From the light streaming through the four windows, it is right around noon.
Hyper: You touch the Lime green card; It starts pulsing, the card growing bigger on each pulse. The card keeps on getting bigger until it has consumed everything and you fade from existence.
Salty air hits your nostrils as you awaken in a hammock. You get out of the hammock and look around; you seem to be in the crew's quarters of a ship based on the wet, salty smell pervading the air and the soft sway of the entire room.
You see a Door at each end of the room, a large Chest on a side wall, and a few other crewmembers asleep inb separate hammocks.
