OKay, my last forum game didn't go so well. Nobody replied. People just don't want realistic anymore. So I'm gonna make an RPG; stats, char customization, levels, ranks, the works. In this one, there are four factions you an choose from. Once you select a faction and a unit type, I'll make a stat sheet, and fill it according to your selection. Once you reach lvl. 5, you can start evolving your unit, to specific stats, and arrive at one super unit, AKA a boss. Also, you can get support units, and build a base, and ships.

Factions/Starting units.

The Commonwealth is a post-apocolyptic government ruling Terra, and the Sol system. These guys have alot of units, but aren't very strong, or fast. Starting unit: Scout. Lvl:2, Rank: Private
Stats:

Attack
Melee: 1-2
Ranged: 2-4
Defence
Dodge: 60%
Block: 20%
Speed: 100
HP: 100
Stamina: 200
Motionless: 100

The Outworlders are aliens. They came through a wormhole approximately 1.3 lightyears from Terra. This caused the apocolypse, since alot of the Earth's surface was swept into the wormhole, leaving China and Russia... And Japan. It took the Outworlders 52 years to reach Sol with their battered fleet. They quickly took mars, and attacked the moon. Starting unit: Bhuldos lvl.1, Rank: Zhuldor

Attack
Melee: 0-1
Attack: 2-3
Defence
Dodge: 5%
Block: 30%
Speed: 20
HP: 300
Power: 300
Power-to-HP charge: 100

Araphan Marauders also came through the wormhole, but arrived at Sol 16 years before the Outworlders. They were relatively peaceful, only making a few raids on Mars for supplies. They originally came from Terra, but left in the year 1631 B.C. from South America. When the Outworlders attacked the moon, The Araphan leader saw it as a threat to the homeworld, and declared war on both the Commonwealth and Outworlders in an attempt to keep them away from Terra. Starting unit: Space Marine. Lvl.1, Rank: Trooper.

Attack
Melee: 2-3
Ranged: 6-10
Defence
Dodge: 40%
Block: 20%
Speed: 60
Hp: 150
Energy:100
Shield: 50

The Genesis Red were from Germany, before the wormhole. a chunk of Terra was torn out, and taken towards the wormhole.
ost of it was swollowed up, and sent to the recently- discovered galaxy Chilestrae, and was annhilated by the battle fleet of the Outworlders, since that's where their homeworld was. Anyway, the wormhole closed BEFORE the east half of Germany was destroyed, so a few humans survived. 47 years after the disaster, they had built a cyborg fleet, and headed into Sol space, on chunks of terra they called "battleships." They arrived 3 months into the war, and allied themselves with the Araphan Marauders. Starting unit: Bladewielder. Lvl.1, Rank: Warrior.

Attack
Melee: 10-15
Ranged: N/A
Defence
Dodge: 50%
Block: 75%
Speed: 40
Hp: 300
Power: 400
Blade charge: 100
Here is the explaination.
Power is basically a chemically-enduced energy, crossed with stamina. It's usually given out in large ammounts, because it takes a LONG time to recharge.
Best used for melee attacks.
Stamina is physical endurance, the ability to keep going. It recharges at a medium rate, and power very efficiently.
Best used for fast moving units, and ranged units.
Energy is hydraulic stamina. it recharges quickly, and is relatively efficient. This form of energy is best used for powering heavy plasma armour, or ray shielded exo-skeletons.

Levels control stats: Hp, speed, energy/stamina/power, etc....

Rank controls the availability and quality of upgrades and gear. It also has an affect on attack and defense.

Each starting unit has starting special skills, Motionless, Power-to-HP, Shield, and Blade charge.
Motionless is a blending move, that raises Dodge by 15*Lvl% But lowers Block by 100%
Power-to-hp is a regeneration move, using the Outworlder's natural resillience to trade 100 power for 10*lvl% of max health.
Shield is a hydraulic move that reduces damage by 30*lvl%, but reduces speed by 10.
Blade charge is an energy-based move that uses 100 energy to increase Damage, Speed, Block, and Dodge by 75*lvl%

Note: None of these affects can stack, and the healing thingy can't increase your max health. The Blade charge dissappates by useage. For example, every time you block something, the block stat decreases by 25%, until the original stat base is reached.
All of these skills can be evolved at around lvl 10, where the player may or may not change into a specialist form, or become a boss, depending on the user's preferance, and the faction the player is using. If you have any questions, feel free to post a comment on my page, and I'll respond ASAP.

Alright. Sorry for the delay, my browser kept crashing ;P
Bicola1 and Rick073 are allies, since your factions are allies.
OKay, so you'll be starting off with a training bot, Space Marine Rick072. Lvl.1, Rank: Trooper.
Attack
Melee: 2-3
Ranged: 6-10
Defence
Dodge: 40%
Block: 20%
Speed: 60
Hp: 150
Energy:100
Shield: 50
The training bot is a gun on a stick. Shoot it once and it's done for.
Alright, for starters....

The bot fires 5x rounds at Rick073.

And for Bicola1, another bot does the same.

Alright.
The target is destroyed, but a stray round hits you in the shoulder. It gives you a slight electric shock.

Another target comes out, and starts unloading rounds at you. What do you do?
