Ten years after Team Rocket has been defeated, the Pokemon World has fallen in shambles as pokemon battling takes a darker tone of gambling and cheating and the pokemon take more noir tones as they are used for evil deeds such as assassinations, theft, and even no purpose murder. With this change of their use, they grow to fit those tones as they gain deadly weapons and the instinct to kill. Kids get their pokemon at the age of 17 with the pokemon starting to be dangerous. The pokemon, with every new generation of the breeding line, become more out of control, with a very thin line preventing them and the humans killing each other...
