The Island of Kotos, The Mediterranean sea, 1950. World War two has ended, with the fall of Fascism and Nationalism, giving rise to Communism and Socialism. New superpowers are emerging, and the old colonial empires are all but faded.
Out of the rubble of Europe rise new powers, new governments; new despots. Some eager to lead their countries to prosperity in an ever changing world, other simply out to take advantage in the wake of the Chaos. Your homeland has been gripped in the hold of one such mad-man, known to many simply as 'the chancellor' he seized power ina vicious coup against occupying german and italian forces during the war, and has never let go since. Outsiders are banned, poverty and disease are rife, and tyranny reigns supreme.
But revolution is afoot, and it is you who must choose the fate of your home.
I will play this with a minimum of two and a maximum of players, since this is my first RPG.
