You will be playing as a leader of a country (preferably major countries.) It is the year 2016 and the world has plummeted into catastrophe as resources such as oil dwindle into near existance. The war has only begun, and the destruction is yet to come.

There are only two factions.
Deling Alliance
These guys want to win the war and share the earnings. They want to eliminate the Lacom Alliance.
Countries of Deling (May change over time): United States of America, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, South Korea, China, France.
Lacom Alliance
Once they eliminate the Deling Alliance, it's every country for themselves. They want nothing but power.
Countries of Lacom (May change over time): North Korea, Japan, Kazakhstan.

I looked up Hetalia on the Wiki, it's about mocking WW2, yes? Or something of that. There will be political debates, however they will be toned down largely, so nothing complicated happens.
You are the president of the Russian Federation. Once tall and powerful, your country is held by shackles as the world deteriorates. However, you are determined to lead your country to victory and save it from potentially falling.
Your foreign advisor suggests that you start influencing more powerful countries to join the Lacom Alliance, or they might join the Deling Alliance instead.
Your military advisor suggests you start the production of more hydrogen bombs, since they take long to produce, incase you are drastically losing the war.
