Note: At the time of this makeing, there is a game where you try to escape a prison, and a game where you escape a strange place. Looking at those two, i will try not to make it similar.
I'll start with the basics. The glass prison is a place in limbo, or so to say, inbetween deminsions. It is a floating chunk of rock, the outside looks like swabs of black, grey, and white water colors constantly, and slowly, swirling around. On this "rock" is a pristine white dome, and inside the dome, a large building and its additions. It is called the glass prison because the dome appears glass. Your thinking "Ok, its glass, but what about this whole prison thing?" Well, in the earth year 7899 A.D., humans discovered a way to travel between deminsions. Of course, people would abuse this power, travel into other worlds to escape there crimes, perhaps foolish travelers would fall into desolate wastelands, explorers killed by native monsters, and intelligent humans takeing over a world of neanderthals. So a group was set up by "Goverment", the then ruleing body of earth. Their job was to monitor all deminsional travel. However, something happened within that group that is still unknown to us all todate, and earth was destroyed. Remaining humans deported to a holding facillity. Glass prison set up in limbo. And the "drones" created. No one knows what a "drone" looks like, because it sneaks up on you, and throws you into a portal to limbo. The "group" as we shall call them(the one set up for deminsional travel), used these drones to capture people from every deminsion that could possibly cause disorder. And there ways were not, erm, "ractical", for instead of captureing a young monster leaveing in a cave that could possibly kill his brother, they would enter that deminsion 100 years earlier and capture the monsters grandfather so there wouldnt be a brother to hurt or a young monster to hurt him. These people captured were deported to "the glass prison" and with held there to live there lives in nonexistant. That is where YOUR story begins. You can be (most) anything, aslong as it isnt super duper ultra duper powerful.
