The great, floating city of Levitos. The crown of the horizon, resting on naught but the flowing tapestries of the heavens. The pinnacle of civilization, the dawn of prosperity, the dusk of humanity. Alas, how terrible the decline, but how absurdly beautiful the fall. But you don't want to hear that story, do you? No, you'd rather hear about lush tropical rainforests, magnificent waterfalls, frolicking deer, and lies. Why would you want to hear the truth? Why would you want to be prepared to enter the world...? I'll tell you why: because the world is prepared for you. It is prepared to devour you as you walk blissfully down the path of ignorance, to tread on you along the road of disappointment and despair, to crush your fighting soul. Knowing what you face is freedom. Freedom to choose your path, freedom to fight for your beliefs. That's what you want, isn't it? Come, now, quickly, your names... (I'll start at 2 members)
No, you will not. After the "rologue", however, you will be. You will learn pieces of the story individually in the beginning, so if you want to have all of the information, keep an eye on everyone's events.
Atrex Ithos was a man who wandered freely around the world, spending his time by day acting as a Robin Hood of sorts. He stole from government officials, selfish nobles, and gave his "earnings" to his friends, the needy, and kept the rest for himself. His skills with stealth and a blade are unmatched, but his prize possession is his tongue. With that tongue he was wooed many a lady, and gotten out of many dangerous situations. He is not a fan of authority and enjoys spending his time with people of all kinds at any bar he can find.
Er... actually, no, I don't. I spent all yesterday hanging out with friends (and partying, whooo!). Zach, put the info into a character sheet, then I'll tell you what to add to your inventory. Sorry for the delay.
If for some reason I don't have the map up tomorrow we'll just start without it. I'd still be using it to guide you and give you directions, since I can see it, though.
