There is a tank-cleaning seminar and all of Kohmt's men were invited. They throw out all the old musky russian blankets, scrub the interiors until it doesnt smell like a sewer, clean out the main barrels and breaches, and finally check the MGs and buy fresh new blankets+other comforts off the locals. Once this is done, they are free to do as they wish.
