You and your 50 other companions just docked at an Island that seems to be uninhabited so you will be able to start a new Civilization. It is year 2012 and the world has been going into chaos not because of Nukes or zombies or aliens but because people where so into the whole 2012 Dooms Day that they started attacking each other and robbing stores for things they have never had or ever had a chance of getting. We survived and got onto a boat and we finally found a nice Island where we can begin anew.

How the Game Works
--Jobs--
Jobs are what the certain people can do. But the catch is they can't be spread around to just switch jobs. If every person in your Tribe dies in that job the Job level goes to 0 instantly and you must start again. The Higher the Level the better they work.
-Workmen: These guys are untrained but will do any job to help out. -Soldiers: Will hunt and Protect instantly if not on job and Tribe is attacked -Scientist: Theses guys can research stuff for the Island. -Scavengers: Theses guys will mine and find herbs and new animals for you. -Builders: These guys will build new homes and medical housing for your Tribe.

The animals will allow you to either eat or get food from it. Your choice.
--Research--
This will make the game either easy for you or harder.
I make 5 soldiers, 5 scientists, 5 builders and 5 scavengers. I give the scavengers bags to help them get more food and the soldiers spears made of wood. I make the scientists research farming and builders make fences around fertile land.

*Day 1*
-A fence is built giving more Protection to the Tribe. --You cant make People but you can find them. You send out a Boat and got. 2 Soldiers, a scavenger, and a workman. ---Your tribe can now grow corn in the farms.
I add more workmen to fish in the docks. I build a small wall made of wood around camp. I also build a tall tower to see what's happenening from afar. I prepare the soldiers with sharper spears or blunt wooden clubs or slings. I also ask the scavengers and workmen to look for a fresh water supply and make a somewhat smaller camp there.

-You catch some fish. +10 Food. --Fence is Upgraded ---You need 20 Builders to build the Tower ----You separate the place, and find a small pond. -----The Soldiers get better weapons
I try to find more builders. I choose the most fitted person to go to the water camp and tell him to bring water here every day. I try to clear more trees to build a farm. I try to find more animals. I also dig some traps for the boars to fall in.

-You get 3 more builders --You cleared some trees and built a second farm. ---The traps are set ----you bring the tribe some water. -----The workmen have gotten sick.
I put research on some basic herbs for sickness. I try to heal the sick villagers. I dig a big hole where villagers can bathe and wash their clothes. I build another fishing dock and tell that they should bring fish every week.
I get milk from the cow. I also send some soldiers to kill the boars that are going to attack us. Then I pick the nearest fruit trees and make a fence around them so we can make it an orchard. I research for more herbs and I also need to find some animals.
