After some thoughts, I decided to give The Superhuman RPG another go. I hope this will work out.
As you run from the soldiers, you turn around and see yourself get zapped by a purple lightning. You wake up in the hospital and get up. You change your clothes and head out. This is the world of Jorge, a completely different world from The Superhuman 2. The soldiers from before-

Zack's damaged brain cannot think of a strategy to defend.

One booms sonic to you from his vocal cords.

You hear shouts from Shape-Shift City.
Zack suddenly disappears as you guys were charging for fire.
Appre shouts, "Zack! He's in Shape-Shift City! In the castle!"
She runs back to the castle.
A blimp above you has a huge television and it says, "Breaking News! The King of Shape-Shift City is now dead! A powerful shape-shifter named 'Zack Full-Force Elite McAllistor' subdued and drowned the king in poison and blah blah blah."
Appre shouted the loudest.
"NOOOOO!!!"
Weird. Well, your target is killed for you.
Manite says, "You wanna help Zack or get back to HQ?"

Then, he himself exploded from the inside.
