The Capitol, an overpowered insane government has been put through many uprises due to low supplies in the future earth, To hush the angry people of the 13 districts district 13 was destroyed. After that 2 childeren of the age on 12-15 would be pitted in an arena to fight to the death.

well im controlling up to six so 7 8 9 10 12 are there to be taken and 11` has been picked and i would say you most fit 12 (coal mining) (where the rebbellions stopped at)
