Welcome to simple-quest, a skyrim based rpg forum game. Join to embark on an epic, but simple and easy to play quest. There are a few selected races and characters to choose from.

NOTE:I call this forum game "simple-quest" because it is desinged for those people that dont want to be involved in a game where you must manage your perks and skill levels ect. If you want a forum game that is complex like that, please look somewhere else.
News and updates- Just started, there is 6 spots to fill. We will start each quest of whichever character as soon as there singup is accepted.

CURRENT PLAYERS (6 left)-

SIMPLE RULES- Alot of the rules and way's this will work will be explained along the way. But simply fill out the sibmission part down the bottom, post it here and you quest will begin. Dont complain please, i am the questmaster and i control your quest, i will fight your enemys against you fairly and let you get resonable loot. The health system is simple, minor, small medium, large and life threatening wounds. This can be healed with bandages, potions and spells. When you have defeated an opponant, you may choose to loot it for items and gold. You can use gold to buy different stuff from shops. I will be following the traditional skyrim map, so please use this when you decide to travel across the area. So, basiclly, if you choose to be a mancer, you have decreased combat skill, but have acces to many spells and enchantments. When something is enchanted, it will have a ( + range) or (+meele -range) ect. Thats most of it So please fill out the submission and start your quest!

Questline backstory- "The land skyrim was an unihabited place in the old, but eventually the ever curoius explorers of the old, ran aground upon the land and created thier home on the continent. From than on evolved the empire, the emperor and the civilisations of today."- These day's, the almighty empire have taken control of the land of skyrim and are slowly corrupting the jarls of skyrim. The people are tired of these opressers, some are rising against the empire, whilst the witty are taking advantage of the uprising and siding with the empire, the war for skyrim has began.
P.S-If your wondering about dragons, there not involved in the main questline but you will encounter them somewhere along the line.

Questline-So what are you to do? Shall you be a true nord and side with the uprisers, nicknamed the "stormcloaks"'s? Or will you take your chances with the tedious empire and take skyrim under your control. Whatever side you pick, you must rise through the ranks and gain the ultimate power of High king of skyrim.

Choosable races- As you embark upon your quest you must choose what race you will be. You must consider thier strenghts, and weaknesses in both traditional arts of battle and magic. From the dark elves of morrowind, to the redguards of hammerfell, your race will affect your own story.
-Nord- The natives of skyrim, a strong and hardy folk who will revert to battle before persuading there way out of problems. Nordish characters will carry power within nord communitys and with the rebels, but will be despised by some outsiders. They have a natrual skill with axes and maces. Nordish mancers are powerful in the way enchanting and crumbling opponants weapons and armour. Starting Spells: Strengthen armour. Crumble enemy helmet. Heal small wounds. Small fireball.
-Red-Guard. The natrual inhabitants of Hammerfell. They are true warriors, built with power, they have a natrual obsessions with meele weapons and can fell most opponents. They have a powerfull sway with the community as well. Sadly, they are terrible sneaks and spys, also extremely unskilled with the bow. Red-guard mancers have many healing spells and a few powerfull skills for the higher levels.Starting Spells: Heal medium size wounds. Heal small wounds on ally. Small whirlwind. Magic candle.
-Kahjit These cat-like people travel across the land of skyrim, never fitting in with any community. They are known to run trade caravans, selling exquisite and exotic goods. Most other kahjit run a dark path, stealing and preying on innocent people. They are skilled with the knife, sword and bow. There vicious claws prove valuable in fist fights. Kahjit's are an odd sight in the rebbelion, the new king would only seek to rid of them. Kahjit's are also excelent pickpockets. But they hold little skill in the art of magic. Starting Spells: Muffer sound. Heal minor wounds. Create- camp fire.
-Orc -The orcs are battle loving, deadly brutes, they are almsot unbeatable in close combat, but move very slow and cannot wield a bow. They are exeptionally skilled with an axe or greatsword. Orcish mancers can call upon battle rage to give their friends and themselves extra fury in battle. All orcs in skyrim live in orcish strongholds in the wild area's, but some orcs have been given a chance to join the riften orc re-training institution. (This will be your main objective if you begin as an orc.)Starting Spells:Battle rage. Heal orc ally's medium wounds. Enchant weapon with small fire bonus.
-Dark Elf (dummner)- The Dark Elves are master of manipulation, they can twist an enemy to thier will at but a whim. They are notourious for running a dark path and so are despised by many nords. Dark elfish mancers have amazing power in destruction spells and all dark elves are natrually skilled in the bow. Many of them have taken to be hired assasians for thier skill. If a dark elf wishes to run a path of light, he/she will still be accepted as long as they prove themselves.Starting Spells: Medium fireball. small heal wounds. Medium magical push. Fear spell. Conjurable ghost warrior to aid in battle.
Armoury- This is your available base of weapons and armour, from here you select the two different weapons and two different peices of armour you would like to start with. (leather clothing set counts as 2 peices of armour.) Dont worry you will be able to aquire more stuff in the quest.
Meele- Rusty iron sword. Iron dagger. Bronze greatsword. iron battleaxe.
Ranged- Small hunting bow. (30 iron arrows.) Hunting bow. (15 iron arrows)
Apparel- Iron chestplate. Leather clothing set. (pants, chest, cap, sleeves, boots) Iron helmet. Enchanted cape. ( + Range), Rusty sword of the orc. ( ++ Meele. -- range.)

Character name: Blade Runner
Age: 21
Biography: Abandoned by his real parents when he was a newborn, this young lad was found and adopted by 2 former adventurers, one a female argonian assasin theif, the other a male argonian mage. He was raised in a small black marsh village with no name, in a quant little fishermen's shanty that his foster parents owned. as he grew, he soon grew accustomed to using the powers of a mage, but felt more comfortable as a theif. It wasn't long until he was bored with life in the small village, and started planning heists on the khajit caravans that always passed by the village. He obtained a lot of loot, and even a reputation, but it wasn't long before his foster parents found out and gave him a choice between having a home in the village, or being reported to the authorities. Blade chose to leave, but his parents, true to their word, sent the guards after him. he was arrested, but he struck a deal with one of the guards. freedom, in exchange for his entire stash of loot. the guard agreed, but blindsided him by deporting him to skyrim. now he must find a way to return the glory of his former life, before he dies with no gold, or fame, to his name.

Arriving at solitude, the capitol of skyrim, you see a group of armoured men running towards the gate! Inside the circle is the famed ulfric stormcloak! They repetedly yell, "For the true nords of skyrim!" as they stike down any guards in thier way. Perhaps you should go with them if you wish to join the rebellion, or attack them if you want to join the empire? Thier seems to be a large group of imperials chasing them... Or you could just walk away....

Aleister himself has always been fascinated with destruction magic. His village has often been attacked by Orcs in the past, so he harbors a deep hatred for them. Character name: Perry Kid
Biography: Born to high-class aristrocrats, Perry Kid always lived his dream, until his mother was assassinated by her jealous sister. Afterwards, she blamed Perry's father for the murder. As the guards took Perry's father to be executed (which he escaped from, but now he has to live in the wilderness) his aunt took Perry to her house. For five years, the aunt made Perry's life a living nightmare. Each day, Perry would either fletch some arrows, or steal them from the fletcher. If he stole, he would be chased, but then escape. He would only stay close enough to listen the peeved fletcher complain about the stolen arrows. If he made them, then he would steal a chicken from a farm, and pluck some feathers; then, he would search for flint, and begin to make an arrow. He took his training bow to practice every night, when his aunt was asleep. In his last night at his aunt's house, he took his bow and arrow, and killed his aunt. Afterwards, he left the house and the town. With only the arrows he made (and stole) and a bow, Perry must survive in the wilderness.
