The aim of the game is to make a sentence that has a greater effect on the person who commented before you. Then you end your sentence with I'm on a Boat!
Since that probably didn't make sense, I'll post an example:
User 1 (Me): I'm on a Boat! User 2: I trade you your boat for a role in a movie. Now I'm on a Boat! User 3: My boat is bigger than yours. You commit suicide because of this. Now I'm on a Boat!
And so on, and so forth - you should have the idea now. Now go!
