Hey everybody! Just in case you didn't know, this game is called "Monster Slayer 2". I was also the creator of the semi-successful, original predecessor of this game "Monster Slayer". If I recall correctly, the original had about 7,000 views, so you might be familiar with this. Aaaaaaannnnyway. This one will have a better storyline and better weapons and better monsters and better everything. And If you haven't played the first that's okay, and if you don't want to play this one either...well then that just makes me sad. but enough with the idle chit-chat. Let's get right to the plot.
---STORYPLOTLINE...an' stuff---
(First, there isn't really a specific time or place with this, but it's kinda like Lord of the Rings. Like in a fantasy place and no specified year. Anyway, here it goes for real.) The world was being overrun by mutant monsters, only a handful of human settlements, forts and outposts remained. A band of heroes set out on a journey to discover the source of hideous creatures. This band of heroes rid the world of most monsters. But, they entered the volcano "Aalkrid" which was the lair of the monster king named "Kale". He is the most powerful abomination of them all. Kale was a human who was mutated in the fires of mount Aalkrid. He has incredible strength and fire magic. The heroes almost had him beat, but then he released a massive final blow of untold power. It shook the entire volcano, no one knows what happened, all they know is that none of the heroes survived ...decades passed... you are the a descendant of one of those heroes. Kale has reproduced to even larger and stronger armies than before. He has unleashed them upon the country. You must go through and vanquish his forces. You must go through the lands of forest, earth, water, ice, swamp and fire to avenge your ancestors and and rid the world of monsters or die trying... --- You will begin in the village of Dridius.

Magic attacks will work as follows: The more mana you combine with your attacks, the more damage they will do. But mana is not only used for attacking. Magicians begin with a book of spells which grants them the ability to heal themselves (or even other players!). Magicians can also use mana to temporarily increase the amount of experience points they get from a single battle. Healing will restore 5 vitality for the cost of 3 mana. Exp. increase will increase the "Experience Collection" stat by 1 for the cost of 3 mana. The Exp. increase spell will only increase the point for a single battle. Magicians will also find bigger and better books of spells which will contain different spells and more powerful spells. Oh, and if you run out of mana, you can just use your staff to melee. And your mana will regenerate 1 point after each battle, but you can also collect mana potion that monsters drop or you can buy it from a store. --- As for the warrior and rogue: To make up for the lack of the amount of classes to choose from, there will be bunch-loads of secondary weapons, as well as main ones. The warrior may find things like: throwing axes, daggers, maces, shields, spears and more! The rogue may find things like: Poison that can be added with weapons, throwing knives, daggers, bows and arrows, slingshots, brass knuckles, and more! And of course when magicians get improved books of spells, they can get elemental attacks and improved healing and more! --- Leveling up will work the same as in the previous game, but I'll explain it again to save you the trouble of looking back to see how it works. First off, you'll need 20 exp to level up, to level up again, %50 of what you needed before will be added. Example: 20 exp will be needed to level up first, %50 of 20 is 10 so add those two together and you'll need to reach a total of 30 exp to level up again, %50 of 30 is 15 so add the two together and you'll need to reach a total of 45 exp, (When it's uneven, I'll round up for you) then a total of 68 exp is needed to level up again, then a total of 102 exp, then 153 exp, and so on. If you don't understand, it's okay, I will handle most of the exp addition anyway.
After every level up, you're maximum vitality will automatically increase by 10, you will be able to upgrade your character by adding 5 extra points to your stats. You cannot use points to increase your max experience, or max coin capacity. Adding a point to vitality will increase its maximum by 5. Adding a point to mana will increase its maximum by 5. --- Players can interact with each other if they would like. They can trade coins, weapons, information, they can even to co-op battles against monsters. I will also serve as the middle-man to regulate trades and battles and such.

If you have any questions about the game, I will be happy to answer them. I think I'd be able to handle quite a few players, but I doubt that this game will be popular enough to get more players than I can handle... so... you are welcome to join the game at any time. And I will try to be active in the game as much as I can. Oh yes, you do have two hands, so you may hold maybe two swords, a shield and a sword, or a single, large weapon. Oh, and about the character sheet up there... Just copy and paste in the name through level part, fill it out, then choose your class, then copy and paste your class's stats in under your name through level. You can delete the stuff in parenthesis to save me time. And the character sheet under the name through level, is just to tell you what each stat does. You get tangled up in an all-out brawl with the "dogzard" and after getting a few scratches, you deliver a final strike to its face. You get +4 exp, 5 coins. Would you like to skin it and collect a few of its scales?
(Okay, how's that? In parenthesis are your spells, and in brackets is the strength of the spell. Like, if you get a better book, it will contain upgraded versions of those spells and i'll change it to [2] an' stuff. I hope dat clears it up. And I think I'll do that for other players too. Oh and you can just add any amount of mana any attack to make it more effective in general.

Scales added to your inventory. You find a medium-sized, land-dwelling octopus. It evolved from having slimy skin to having thick reptilian-like scales. It uses four tentacles for movement and four to subdue its prey. Somehow tangling its tentacles may make it an easier target.

I might have an idea. I take a stick and hold it in a free hand. I try to swing it at the octopus's (Terrapus? ) feet to get it to grab hold, then I batter it on the head with my staff charged with 3 mana.

You grab a stick and begin to aggravate the terrapus (genius name). It wraps two of its tentacles around the stick, you then succeed in using your powered staff to sever two of its tentacles, it then begins to retreat. Will you follow it?
(Oh. And in a two-post battle like this, your charge will last until either, you defeat it, you let it run away, or it lets you run away. And, as mentioned in the OP, you will also automatically regenerate 1 mana point if any of those criteria are met.)
(Answer to question 1: Yes, it does increase damage for all attacks. Answer to question 2: The knives you have started with are only melee knives, however, you can find/craft/buy knives that are specially made for throwing. If you obtain throwing knives, you will have unlimited, because you can just retrieve them after you throw them Answer to question 3: Do you mean coins? Certain objects in stores will cost certain amounts of coins. If you actually mean gold, then I'm not sure yet.)

As you run towards it for the final blow, it quickly turns around and smacks you with a tentacle. But you then simply smack it right back, FTW. (haha) +5 exp, +6 coins. It's scales are much more difficult to remove especially without proper tools, and are unrecoverable.

You walk in and you see a blacksmith stop what he's doing and says "Howdy ma'am, what can I do ya fer?" you then ask to see what's for sale. He then walks you to a shelf of weapons and tells you what each one is, and its cost. "Well judgin' by yer leather armor and fancy knives, I think this section will do you nicely." He takes you to a section of the store with weapons fit for a rogue. "Over here we have a fine set of throwing knives, they would make a dandy secondary weapon for taking foes at a distance and they ought to run you abut 20 coins. I also got three kinds of bows and arrows. I've got the shabby, old, low-end bow with arrows to match. I also have a mediocre set which is quite good when you want to get the job done. And I have the top notch, high-budget, king of the castle, set. They have excellent range and quite alot of power. In respective order, these oughtta run you about 20 to 50 to 100 coins. We also have some brass knuckles if you wanna get down an' dirty, those'll cost 20, and they do pack quite a punch, if you'll pardon the pun. And I have a basic little slingshot and ammo which would only be about 15 coins. Anything you interested in?"
