Flame shield isnt really a "shield" it just does damage to enemies when they attack you.

I understand what you are saying about we are made of bones if we get hit with a bone it still hurts. but it still sounds like the wind trying to squash the wind. I try to blast the eagle out of the sky and using flame shield and rapid flames I try to push the lycans to under where the eagle will crash.If that works then I will try to use flame burst and get away then I will try to shoot fireballs until they die. (I know its a bit farfetched but it's the only plan that came to mind)

After a while of blasting fireballs the lycans fall,(600exp) and the eagle runs to yo. You use flame burst, and it pushes the eagle away. Then you try rapid flames, and the eagle is burning, although its already burning, its taking damage from your attack.
