this'll be a collective fantasy vision from all the RPG games i played (Both forum and actual RPG and DnD) so something of a nerdenstein, to the story! set in the classic medieval fantasy
During the first years, spanning from 5000 BGW (Before Great War) to 0, the land of Wennith was a fine and peaceful one, fairly peaceful. maybe a skirmish here or there, but collectively good. seeing as all the individual continents were separate, forming their own species, languages, religion... and intrepid explorers sent trade to each other. but around 100 BGW the continents collided, forming the Great Circle. By 1 BGW the borders were a blur, the people and kings thought they could control everything. You're now in 100 GW, the borders hardly changed. But a new surge of fighting has come, and you're in it...
Races: Human
Elf: side with humans
Troll: large, lumbering, seemingly stupid but rather smart, side with orcs
High Orc: The more civilized orc, they are the "classic" image of orcs, grey to green skin, mean, and strong Goblin: Inbred High orcs, smaller, faster, smarter
Low Orcs:the smaller, dumber cousins, 5'4 at most, ruthless, simple minded. Ogres: average sized, hunched, and mysterious at best, they have a strange attraction to darker forms of Magi, and have an even stranger bond to Low Orcs
Undead: Little is known, other than they have sentience, and that the more decayed the soldier, the more experience They seemed to have negotiated an Entente with the Humans
Dwarf:The alchemy and mining inclined ones, not technology inclined, side with humans
Sauroids: Small raptor-like humanoids, they are sub servant to an unknown race, they seem to carry out all tasks for them, seemingly sided with orcs

Kay, you're on the bigges ship the human navy has made, these monsters house a few hundred troops and dozens of guns, with 4 others you're halfway through sailing around the coast, the ships are divided up into what troops it mostly holds, one for elves, another for dwarves, the third for undead and the last two are human. But you've been unlucky enough to be chosen to be in the undead ship, it reeks of rot, even though they are all imbued with magical sentience, they take pride in how rotted they are, apparently the more skeleton you are the more experienced you are.
