I deploy a large ElectroMagnetic Pulse Weapon (EMP) in high Earth orbit that creates an energy field that fries EVERYTHING electronic or electrical within it's field of effect. Since the weapon is in high orbit, that field of effect is basically global, and the pulse is of sufficient magnitude that it overwhelms the EMP shielding on core server systems. No more internet, no more communications, not even flashlights will work.

I hack TrollFace, and make it so that he can now only compliment people. I also make it so those internet security programs schools use, make a bubble around him (metaphorical bubble, talking about coding), and now he can't even go to AG.
