Ban the spambots and reinstall the CAPCHA software? Report every forum thread that is a carbon copy of another?

What are you talking about? You should read the stickies before making a thread people can't understand. Also, titles are limited to 100 characters.

How do you know?

The rest of this post will assume that you are correct.

The "livestream" stuff has been removed by new code added to the site. However, the admins have not given details on what the new code is.

Simple answer: Morons.
Extended answer: Because a person or persons with their heads firmly lodged in their arses and possessing less than zero intelligence and no productive means of using their time decided that it would be fun to break almost every rule of AG and the internet and flood the site with spam of highly questionable legality and likely a high concentration of viruses.

Otherwise, your thread is incorrectly placed, and the OP would be classified as spam because it is less than seven words and has no decipherable meaning. A better version would be placed in the Tavern and titled "Why are there so many livestream threads?," with an OP restating the title and coupled with the observation that we've been flooded with them recently and where are they all coming from?.
Please refer to the rules for further details.
Hope this enlightens you.

Yes and no. Though I do not know of any actual internet rules, some things are common sense, including some of AG's rules.
