I saw this game a long time ago and wanted to start it up again. Here's how it works.
It's just like Picture Wars, where you post a picture that defeats the picture posted above. The difference is that here you have to draw it yourself and post it via an image hosting website, like Photobucket.
I'll start it off with a picture of a stick figure holding a sword, which I drew in roughly 15 seconds.

The rules are now spreaded by flyers, telling you that you must draw it yourself.

A steamroller comes along and 'accidentally' kill all the Roman soldiers.
It burnt up in the atmosphere before it could reach it's target.
The small fragments that didn't burn up clodded together, and hit the steamroller.
