The rules are simple. no GModding. if you even try to say that you get 100,000 troops across the sahara in an hour, then you are out. Anything extreme like that is GMod. You are accepted, and you can either have historical people of make up your own. The population is unrealistic though. Prussia didn't reach 10,000,000 till the early 1800's. All future applicants try to research the population number. If you can't find it I will see if I can. If not I will estimate from other times.
Prussia is now with us. as for wars, yes strategy will be involved to an extent. we will not go into deep specifics that take up a page, but we will have quite a bit of strategy. It will not be war alone though. There is diplomacy and nation based activities, such as building projects, trade, research, and embassy construction.
Well, I'm not going to give them any troops but I will hand over 5,000 pounds (British currency) worth of funds to help pay for their war. I'll also have officials encourage mercenary groups to offer their services to Britain.
To: Western Prussia garrison commander One sixth of the standard army troops are being reallocated to Western Prussia to discourage the Polish government from retaking our territories. This is but one and minor reason. The main reason you have gained these troops, is to discourage extremist degrees of action. Do not mistaken this as an order to use violence to control the population. Inform your new and old troops, that the new Rules of Engagement are as follows: -Do not fire unless fired upon or threatened -If possible, disarm assailants -Show yourselves as simple protectors of the law and nation -Participate in rebuilding efforts if there are damages to infastructure -Allow peaceful protests but remove violent individuals and break up riots through peaceful means

To: Southern Prussia garrison commander
I know very well the Austrians are our rivals. We are not at war. However, we are also not at peace. For this reason, you are to recruit, train, and drill new soldiers to outnumber the northern Austrian garrison. These soldiers are to be used for defensive purposes. Not to declare war on Austria.
If any Austrian troops cross the border, you have permission to scare them away with rounds. If they take this as a hostile action, organize consistant patrols of 3 units of Jaeger Skirmishers for each patrol and await further reinforcements consisting of artillary, linemen, and calvary. Your current skirmisher count should be sufficiant.
