The rules are simple. no GModding. if you even try to say that you get 100,000 troops across the sahara in an hour, then you are out. Anything extreme like that is GMod. To President George Washington,
We have noticed your struggle with the British forces. Although we will not proceed to fight in open combat, we will send you a former Prussian officer. His career was ruined because of his Homosexuality. I do not wish him to be persecuted in the military because of this. He has experiance, and he'll be able to show your troops how to fight well. He will also be accompanied with basic supplies like clothing, ammunition, powder, and weapons.
Be warned however. Prussian mercenary groups, the British call them Hassans, are fighting alongside your enemy. My officer will help you fight them. I suggest developing counter-measures to the tactics my Prussian officer gives you, for this will help you fight those that would exploit their weakness and fight the Hassans. Many are those retired from the military, but still fight for money.

OOC:For combat you put march in bold and then each troop type and their move. If no one has the country yet then I will play in that nations stead for battles until it is claimed. If someone does control the nation then you must wait for their reply...and you cannon immediately take a fort. You must fight the men inside the fort to take it, which will be hard since it is in range of the harbor, and therefore a signal would be set up in time for reinforcements to arrive.
