Quickly, I organize three different parties. One will go to the artifact and see what is putting it offline, one will check the other areas around the town, and another will confront the beasts if they get too near to the artifact. After I organize the parties I go and attempt to find a select few people and tell them to spread the word for people to hide until told otherwise.
