Storyline: You've been meeting with some people online for a while. One day you heard people spreading rumors about this city called Ikebukuro, you've heard talks of ruthless gangsters and street wars. A woman said her older brother lived there and died. Tired of your normal life and constand bullies, you decided to take a train to Ikebukuro. "The infomation is obviously false and everyone is overreacting" you thought.

Rules and notes -There is no level up system in this game. But you CAN raise your health. -Yes, you can die in this game!! and you cannot respawn!!. In order to go back into the game you must create a new character -You are free to do whatever you want, but if you suddenly go mary sue/ gary stu and make unrealistic decisions, you will automatically lose health. -This game is rated pg 15 so there will be(a lot of) violence and lots of blood. -But you can't swear or do anything that is rated mature(18+) -There will be PVP battle and you can meet up with others who aren't NPCs -Remember that THIS IS A GAME! If you encounter another player, you are allowed to fight them but if you cannot pick fights with that person in real life!! -Do not make offensive jokes -You only get one warning if you break the rules. You spend lunch break alone and nobody really talked to you since they had friends of their own (No bonuses). You listen to what the teacher says during class and learn just a little bit more (Intellegence +2). School ends and students head out. You can go anywhere you want now. The park, the library, a fast food resturant, a video game store, etc (theres like a bagillion more places just do some reaserch!). Or you can go straight to your home and relax.
Note: Talking to people usually increases charm, reading books or studying usually increases intellegence and fighting or exercising usually increases strength and endurance. There are actually more ways to increase stats depending on certain events triggered or places you go but those are the basic ways of increasing stats.
Second note: Since you can control your character with (almost) no limit, there are events you can chose to skip such as school or even a meeting. There are events you can trigger along with concenquences. However neglecting to increase one stat for a long period of time will slowly deduce it

You can chose to do whatever you want however
Immidiatly confronting them in battle requires strength, if your strength is low you have a smaller chance of beating them. You also won't know your opponent's strength or HP unless you actually pick a fight with them.
Talking them out of beating up the kid requires charm. Depending on how stupid the person is, they may or may not listen to you.
Any strategic movements require a ton of intelligence and a bit of charm.
You can do whatever you want as well like walk away or talk to the police.
You also do not lose stats unless you fail at something several times. You also have a risk of losing money.
(Also, your first battles will be a bit easy, just so you understand the concept of battle without dying before you make the first move. However, opponents will come back stronger afterwards)

Well theres been too many people who haven't been very detailed in their Bio or apperance which is pretty important (if you consider character development) But everything else is OK. You can start now but be sure to extend your bio (The more dreadful the better! ) and/or apperance.
As an unemployed man, you will need to find a way to make money and that is by getting a job. There aren't many well paying job oppertunities in Ikebukuro unless you are really smart and charismatic but there are jobs that serve a decent pay which is enough money for you to buy food and pay off your mortgage. Since you'r over 20 more gang members will pick on you unless you're really strong.
You get off the train . People come and go, many new faces and strangers. A few people bump into you but they continue going because they have places to be and meetings to attend. It's already past lunchtime here. Time to explore! You can go wherever you want, you find your new home, meet people, go anywhere you want!

I choose to walk around the city, getting to know it better. I try to avoid the slummy parts and keep my eye out for any "Help Wanted" posters.
