Darkonians: The gothic followers of the Darkonina family the Darkonians. The first Darkonians were mafisoso from Italy but fled when the coppers caught there sent. Now they loiter in underground haunts and converted sewer pipes. Uniform: Dark blue trench-coat, dark jeans, Insignia: Curside D inside a jagged hexagon.
Jigjams: Followers of Arthur Jigjam and his fathers before him the first Jigjams come from Eurasia, after moving to America they made and alliance with the law-enforcement and eked out a living as bounty hunters. Uniform: Crimson jacket, greyish red overalls. Insigina: Two back-to-back J's shadowed by a Russian cross.

So far the Jigjamians have taken control of a small village, and the brunt of the fighting has happened in the desolate hills, the best sniper spot is on the roof of a old manor under control of the Darkonians. It might be a bit dangerous getting there so you've been partnered with a Darkonian scout named Felix Lapels.
Making noise wouldn't really matter as the manor and most of the surrounding area is controlled by fellow Darkonians, in any case the Waster has no silencer and a very load retort. You and Felix climb up a gutter to get to the roof There's already a couple of tripods and a sand-bag wall. Felix is around 18 and has lemon colored hair, he has a militairy grade lap-top with him, a heavy-duty affair with a thick metal frame and Plexiglas screen, he also has a .44 Autofang pistol.
