Well I'm new the art forum and I haven't posted much here before, but I'm going to post some of my own original art here now. I created the following using Microsoft Paint. Let me know what you think!
None taken. Well, I'm just kind of messin' around with MS paint, trying to create funky stuff. On the other hand, I am driven and very motivated to produce fine, high quality hand drawn sketches. Your honest feedback is very motivating and helpful. ----------------------------------------------------- To the moderators only Regarding what I may post here I have a question. Some of my sketches may be to racy for this website. They are not necessarily explicit, but they include some elements such as mild physical exposure. They may be titillating to some viewers while not being especially explicit. There's no FFN or explicit actions, so I don't know whether or not it qualifies as "orn". Let me know if it is allowed.
On your recent sketches I think you need to work and practice drawing in 3D. Getting the right perspective means you have a more accurate drawing. I like the coloured lines in Talorlush they give it a wavy and straw like look, representing motion. As for the seeminly random box which just looks out of place the piece would be best without it.
Thanks for your feedback IceClaw! But I am not sure if you meant that I need to work on my fantasy beasts in 3D as well as the two new machines. I agree that I should have added some 3D aspects to those two, but my fantasy beasts and warriors seem to be pretty popular. I will be posting more new stuff soon, including some hand drawn expressions in addition to my MS Paint ones.
Love the werewolf and the wulf. You can definitely draw animals and beasts, almost as well as you can draw people.
Thanks gh0st.
I agree, the box is distracting from the flow of the beautiful colored lines.
I see what you mean. I shouldn't have put that there.
The one's on page 3 are fine perspective wise as they are from side view, I was refering to the machines on this page mainly.
Ok, I understand now. Yes, I notice that I am better at drawing animals and people than I am at drawing machines.
Hey! Want to see some new ones? I will let you decide. Do you want to see more sketches of animals/people or would you like to see some lush, hand drawn expressions? I'll be waiting for your choice!
Well, I'm going to post some new sketches now. I am going to continue to post pictures of my fantasy sketches. I will post my hand drawn expressions later.
Note to Black, Ice, Micmac, and other friends: I may be off of AG for longer periods from now on. :| Been busy lately, don't feel like I'm ignoring you if can't get back to you soon.
Color can sometimes obscure and draw attention away from the main features of the subject. And, since the beast isn't colored, you can use your own imagination to envision what color it might be. Honestly, would a little green and tan coloring make it all that better?
