I wish for a Verizon to have a better customer service center, instead of that crappy machine that eats away 2 hours of your time trying to answer it, when you already did all of those steps, then your redirected 20 times, and then an admin has to control your computer for another 2 hours, just because they messed up, and removed your internet connection, even though your family has payed all of the bills on time.
