1/3 I can explain too. The 4 combinations of children are this. [BB] [BG] [GB] [GG]. Only 3 combinations have a girl so it is down to 3. [BG] [GB] [GG] You only want 1 of the 3 so your answer is 1/3.
Alpha you are right and that is how you were suppose to explain when I thought about it. You get 2 points.(good explaining)

All sides have southern exposure. A big bear walks by, what color is the bear? Why?
Hey, the percentage question was wrong. You said that there were four possibilities, but they can't be linked as such.
[GG][GB][BG][GG] You make it such when you assume that there IS an order present, otherwise the GB combinations would be one. So... with that reasoning, you can exclude both possibilities that begin with Bcombinations are excluded because an order is NOT present. If not, then one of the GB : [GG][GB] That said, the possibility is 50%. But then again, there was always a 50% chance, because births are as independant as flipping a coin. In fact, the only determinate chances are genes, and that's complicated as crap.
Anyway, why is there a rectangular house in the Arctic?

Dad can make it in 1 minute, mama in 2 minutes, son in 4 and daughter in 5 minutes. Unfortunately, not more than two persons can go through the narrow tunnel at one time, moving at the speed of the slower one. Can they all make it to the other side if they have a torch that lasts only 12 minutes and they are afraid of the dark? If so how?
-oh yeah I won't be here for 1 week because I'm going somewhere so don't complain about me not being here
