As for the flash iPhone apps I can see it ruining the marketplace as every flash developer will be submitting apps. There will be so many apps submitted that quality apps wont be able to stand out.

You do realize there's already about 500K to 1 million apps on the iStore that are complete crap. Yeah, more will come. This will, however, allow many skilled Flash users to make games without having to learn a new language.
*random note* Holy crap I just realized I speak more programming languages than real ones.
You know what really amazing? The fact I posted this 5 months ago and no one cared.
But i'm really amazed that they are even bothering with the iphone there are literally thousands of other more important things they could be doing. Like making sure they stay above silverlight and html 5.
When you look at this website your really amazed how little they are adding. Compared for cs4, this is nothing.
Also there is no AS4 coming out yet. I'm still shocked that they haven't included java as an optional language most people don't like to learn a totally new language for a single program if they already have a fully functional one.
