iPhone Agreement Bans Third-Party Compilers

So guess what? With the new CS5, you thought you'd be making Flash games for the iPhone? Tough luck, because Apple banned any third-party development systems.

So that's a negative...

How long do you think this will last? I mean, seriously, Apple's giving a HUGE middle finger to Adobe.

so you'd rather pay $2500 for a macbook pro or:

a watercooled PC with 6 core processor, 8GB ram, 2 TB HD, and 2-3 of the best graphic card on the market

Correction he didn't mention that it was only you unlike you the rest of the world does have to pay.

Mac might be stable and virus free but that is unless you not tech savy and you starting install 3rd party software on it which then opens it Unix shell like a freshly glazed unix walnut unless you super tech savy and you can silicon close the holes back.

The cost to computer power ration is pretty ridiculously skewed.

Also working for the is pretty ridiculous.

They also steer in the opposite direction of open source in their blind ambition to lock everything down into a neatly boxed in concrete garden in which the sun(creativity, innovation and freedom) cannot pierce to give life to the plants. Therefore they die i.e. Ipod/Ipad. I'm not saying that Microsoft is the savior of technology but it's a lot better than the alternative.

Personally I just sit and wait till Linux dominates everything. Or Google does.

I was shocked when I read that! And the one about the suicide! And how come they get annoyed when a small little tutorial guy calls them evil! I wish I could just go in their place this moment and shout: 'You are f*****g evil s**ts!!' as loud as possible

Dark...hmm. Yeah, I know people have problems with Macs. My two major problems with them are software install compatibility and the parts you get for the price. Then on the other hand you have Windows, who is able to make everything run really slowly and laggy. And every tenth website has a virus of some sort. Or your idiot sister doesn't learn that when it says "FREE SMILEYS!" it's got a lot more than just smileys and the other crap that came with it.

But I digress.

uhhh OSX basically = Mac. I have never seen someone just have linux on their Mac.

But I love the Macs too.

You haven't purchased a mac yet? good, get a pc or linux or a combo.


Yeah, see, I'm getting a Mac for sure. School's loaning them out, then when you graduate you keep it. Main reason=preinstalled Microsoft Office 2008 and CS4.
