I do. I use a random number generator (random.org) to determine (generate between 1 and 50. If 50 is generated number we get 1 Merit.) when we get Merits.

You're not the one to give out warnings. Firetail madness is used to epic threads. I can't blame him for that. He's just looking for threads of his level of awesomeness. This is just a thread for if you're bored. Oh and trust me, firetail, once we buy the Game Mode, there'll be an awesome twist.
But you did give me an idea: Admins. They have almost the same rights as me. When you wanna become an Admin, you must do the following: You have to say all the rules as a profile comment on my profile. You can't miss a single rule. Look through the pages of the thread to know them all. Page 1 is outdated.
Try for 2 days at first and give out warnings or kick people who abuse, accordingly. (you shouldn't be too hard on people for very first offense, unless it's extreme.) If I think you're doing well, you can stay. Otherwise I'll undo all of your warnings and kicks and you're no longer an Admin.
An Admin CAN: Give out warnings to users who abuse, advertise, spam, troll, or any other kind of abuse. Handle the shop once I add the last Merit to be able to afford anything, and vote to buy items. (I handle the C Rank and the Game Mode though) Change the AP Multi once it's bought.
An Admin CANNOT: Confirm the buying of or change the C Rank and the Game Mode. Assign new Admins. Add Merits. Change the game rules.
A Super Admin (only real life friends or others I really trust can become Super Admin, so don't ask!) CAN: Do everything listed in the Admin rights, even the CANNOT. Except -Assign new Admins- and -Change the game rules-.
