what do you mean, no one? God, I got so pissed the last time I made an universal sheet! Everybody thought the sheets were individual and it died. THE SHEET IS FOR EVERYBODY AT ONCE! So it's either no one is or everyone is DGoA! And do you seriously think that 37 pages would be enough? Not even w/ an AP Multi of x100 would that be true!
Good question. You see, saving up always takes 4 votes and buying always takes 3. I mostly recommend buying the cheapest, so needing only 3 votes for buying and 4 for saving is the equivalent of me voting for the buying right away.
