Hold the dollar under your palm , ask the guy to give you 5 1's, and say I'm gonna give you a 5 dollar bill. Four free dollars.

To be honest I'll either invest it or donate it to charity.

By invest I'll put it along with my other dollar bills and do some sort of fancy investment - what I'll do id beyond me.

And donation is always good, a dollar can buy some water for a family in Africa.

I'd either buy myself a Snickers bar or an Arizona Green Tea with Honey.

Probably the latter, because the Arizona can worth 99 cents is bigger than the Snickers bar.

I will right two zeros on it to make it a hundred dollar bill. Then I would cash it in for real 100 dollars
