you were a ranger, your grandfather a legend that died fighting off foul creatures aiming to destroy the land. The demons were after an ancient artifact, if the artifact is destroyed a power of evil that is invincible would be unleashed upon the world, your dad died killing a warlock that wanted to destroy the artifact. yeras later the artifact was found by a peasent and served him as a tax to the king, the king found the artifact and let the priests find out the artifact's prophecy, though they mis-interpreted it, telling the king the destroyer of the artifact would become invincible in strength, and so the king wanted to destroy it, though it could only be destroyed in the middle of the elf forest, a place protected by a gigantic animal guardian. He heard of you, you had a knack for making animals trust you, and in fighting monsters too, he also knew about the mark, the ranger's mark. That sacred mark passed on generation to generation in your family gives its owner an enchatment making monsters and animals alike trust you and not attack you. And so he sent you on a quest to kill the guardian, in return he promised to give you the artifact which you knew the actual prophecy of, you killed the guardian and wanted to claim your price, but the king had evil in his heart, and so he set an assasin to kill you once you were in the castle and make it look like he was trying to get the artifact too, only he didn't succed, you understood your situation quick enough.. and so you grabed the artifact, charged out the castle and rode your steed to safety, there are still assasins on your tracks, you have to finally keep the artifact safe!

ok you dodge the arrow slightly but then something weird happens, he makes a spell and the arrow turns back and gets stuck in your bag and throws it to the ground, then the elf leaps toward it opens it and finds the artifact, "young Jimika can lie. Young Yoshi can steal and young Yoshi Jimika can fight, impressive.... " he throws the artifact towards you and you catch it "go on then, do your thing, save the world Jimika"

Talow: "we might as well rub a sheep to its nose if that so, our best chance is to find the creator of the spell, the way you speak of it, its going to need the creator to destroy it, only problem, who made that spell? And why?" you procede to find the mayors office, a guard asks you what is your buisness "we fy'ound thy sheep killa'! com'ta claim'r prise!" the sheep-keeper says, you are let in "we'come ya'o too, what'eyvidence ya' got and who di'it?"

"a wizard enchanted a wolf so it'd go berserk if it sees or smells anything sheep related. right now, it resides in a cave thats surrounded with a spell that prevents the smell of sheep from getting in. i'd really like to break the spell the wolf is under, but i have no clue who did it, or why."

Talow: the mayor looks pleased with finally getting some idea on what happened "I'll give you a small escort to the mage guild to find who did this, tell them it is city council dememnd that the maker of the spell is identified, before doing so I want you to take these four men" he stops and points at his guards, then continues, "to that wolf, if he hadn't attacked you he better not attack them, go now, who is this and what does he have to do with your findin' fella'?" he points at the sheepkeeper.

"he's from out of town, and he's supposedly a sheepkeeper, though i don't know this town or the people here very well. as to the wolf, just make sure the guards don't have anything sheep related or go inside the cave, as i don't think it'll trust the guards much."

Talow: you go to the magic guild, you approach it and see small building, tower shaped with the words "mage" on it. You knock on the door and a man in a robe comes out "hey'r t'buy potions? Magic? door guards? Whatt'ya need?"

ok you do so (neon) where do ou go? There is the demon mountain far to the west, the city that old man you met that was murdred by the assasin, called Pan, there is the desert, and there is the rest of this huge forest...

Talow: he lets you in, "I can't reall help you that much now, feel free to search the guild as much as you want" he the goes away leaving the door open, the guild itslef has three levels:
the poition level
the library
the experimental level

what do you do?

Talow: you head to the library level, you see the place is full of books and scrolls, though there is a librarian reading a scroll, he looks at you "What'ya need fella'?"
