I guess I open the compass.

Didn't have the compass in mind as one I could 'open'. Anyway, don't think I wouldn't get to it, I just wanted to act naturally (you are stranded in some 10 inch - or so - long island, for reasons unknown to you... don't you get a bit desperate?).

Also, may I suggest that we wait up for a while? It looks like I'm the only one playing, with the exception of ubica88, who, though, has only posted four times here (KnockoutSloth looks like he's, temporarily, at least, left the forums).

You open the compass and find that you are now on an island west of the other one. Huh. There is a hole with a ladder down to it, it appears to go inside the island.

I start cautiously climbing down the stairs, wondering what could possible be there in such a place.

You climb down and turn on your flash light, you see that the cavern extends all the way under the ocean and is completely dry. As you head down, you go to a giant chamber, inside is what looks exactly like the ship you were on, with that everyone was doing before the white flash. Everyone seems alive, but are frozen in place(Illison? you decide!)

Your watching the seas on the deck with the captian, suddenly, you see an island, tall like a giant spire, in your direction. Even more shockingly you see a giant monster on it!

Anyway, i presume everyone on the ship is panicing, but i try and stay calm and tell them to go below deck while me and the captain work out what to do.

ITS SCYLLA! and that means its counter part is near! If your charecter knows his mythology he would scream not to go forth and get sucked in the soon to be giant wirl pool! No one can remain calm, until the captian screams that your etheir manning the deck or he is feeding you to the monster. They man the cannons and fire away on it! But it doesnt even flinch!

Touching the person near you, a swabby, it feels exactly like a normal person. You then remember about the strange man in the galley, and wonder if he caused this.

Trying to make sure it's all smoke and mirrors, I shout "Hello?", expecting noone to react. In case it's an exact replica of the galley as I 'left' it, I approach the suitcase, once again.

(Oh yes, didn't see the long neck's. I suppose the big monster in the sea that sucks in the ocean and lets it out is next?) Most of my greek mythology is based on percy jackson series .
Even if i dont know my mythology i know where all dead, so i tell the captain, if he tells me to maintain my position than i stab him with mad rage!

As you enter the galley you see everyone in a perfect position like everything else here. You notice that were "you" would be, its an empty seat, your food not there, and the man and suit case are gone. You then look in your room, its like you were never there...but one thing catchs your eye, right where you left it, your camera.

The captian looks to you and winks. "I didnt become a marine and not learn a few tricks!!!" He takes off his vest to reveal many explosives attached to him, along with strange devices you'v never seens before. "I anticipated this beasty, and your the captian now!" Before you can sputter out a "What the-" he jumps over to the monster, it foolishly gobbles him, followed by a large mushroom cloud comeing from its mouth, its body is detoiriorating and collapsing into toxic waste. Suddenly, a giant worpool begins to draw the ship in. (most of my mythology is based on percy jackson also, =D)

Taking control of the ship, i steer it away from the whirlpool and put it at full speed, if i can get it heading away, i run down the decks looking for the the engineer, when or if i find him, i ask him if he can get this ship running any faster.
