This is basically the same game as the one that has been running for quite a while, but it will be all official material, no house rules or non-rulebook sources of any kind, and I may enforce mandatory characters if things get too far out of hand (TRF has said that things were getting carried away in the other game). I also want chracter and OOC dialouge to be better managed, in other words don't fill this game up with a bunch of meaningless chatter (If all you want to do is talk about something, do it in the other game). New players are always welcome, and in fact encouraged, even if you don't own any of the books or know any of the rules. If any new players want to join, see the other game for rules, give me a race and class, and I will take care of the rest. As soon as at least 4 characters are made, this game will begin. The module I am using is a DCC, known as "The Black Pearl" (and I don't mean the ship from Pirates of the Caribbean)

Sorry, That game was funny as hell and addictive too. To answer a few things:

SEND IN THE NINJA!
Dragon, I'm 5/16 Scot-Irish, but it's STILL irritating that he was winning with that particualr song.
Now, are you sending in the Ninja first?
(sound of dice rolling) Hedoesn't see any traps on the hatch...

I answer like that for almost everything, success or failure, so unless I say that you see traps, you don't really know. Keeps everyone on edge...

The Ninja opens the "trap" door, and next thing you know, there is an arrow in his chest (3 damage). Upon opening the door, you are immediately hit by a foul smelling air, as if it has been stale and festering for 100 years, and as if that wasn't bad enough, the stench of death and decay begin to plauge you. You look down and see a crumbling spiral staircase leading down in the darkness of the tower. The sound of dripping water can be heard coming from below, and you think you hear a moaning sound. A trick of the brain perhaps, caused by the sound of pressure pushing against the still partially submerged tower. You can almost hear your heart racing in the still darkness of night, and every noise seems to be amplified, as if you had super-sonic hearing. There is a constant tension, you keep glancing over at the gargoyles perched in their corners, swearing that they had just moved. You've heard the stories of creatures pretending to be statues and this makes them that much harder to ignore. The sounds of the waves crashing against this dark tower can be heard booming all the way up, the roar of the ocean, and not even a breeze to keep it stirring. A sense of dread can be felt as you stand there, plotting your next move.

What are you going to do now?

I dont know about you guys, but i feel kind of paranoid about these gargoyls, i walk up to the nearest one and whack its head with my heavy mace. If it doesnt break, and if the gargoyl doesnt react, i move on and do this to all the gargoyls.

When your character says something, use quotes.
