Well I guess I failed horribly at making humans so I attempt to cool down my planet by creating large winds and increasing the amount of ozone in the atmosphere by increasing the number of O3. I further decrease the heat of the planet by increasing the size of the polar ice caps and having ice asteroids hit the water.
