For the trade, We do not need any of those things. but if you can give us loyalty, Resources, and cooperation with whatever our global government decides in the future, we will help you rise up in the galaxy.
keep in mind that we will not give you weapons. you are too primitive to understand the consequences of war and demolishing a whole world. when you grow, I will decide whether to make a weapons trade.
Since you are primitive, you will receive help when it comes to medical aid (we will heal your people for you in the beginning) and in turn you will provide us with resources and cooperation. we see you as an opportunity for a young galactic alliance allied with us to be the galaxy's police force.
