I look away. No matter who it is :P It's so creepy!

If they look at me, I cough and look away. If they still look at me, I wave with a WTF? smile :]

No, but really, if it's just a stranger looking at me for no particular reason, I try my best to avoid them. :P

If they know me or I'm talking to them, I look back. Seems to work.

I can't do it. If I try looking somebody in the eye I get this awkward feeling, so I look elswhere. Their arm, usually. :S

If there a stranger and staring at me kind of weird I'd probably raise my eyebrow to ask, "what are you staring at?" If it's a friend I'd be all whats up and smiling. But it's really easy for me to stare at peoples eyes when I'm talking, lying, and smiling etc. Just can't do it when I'm sad because I wouldn't want anyone to notice it. But then it's gets awkward to stare at them for to long.

I start a staring contest. I mean, if you look away, the stranger will just win.

Look at them for an awkward 3 seconds and then look away

Smack them in the face and say sorry. They say 'why did you do that?'
You say 'You looked in my eyes!' Make sure you are not looking in their eyes when you say that or get ready for a smack.
