Javier says he is to aim for Munich, since the Russians are already after Berlin. After that, they can take either Frankfurt or Hamburg and Russia can take another. Anderson is holding up on the borders, and the resources are delivered to him. Since no on is attacking, he suggests that he and his army move forward towards the important cities.

I first build some buildings to gain more resources like farms, labs, mines, etc. Then I send some soldiers to build some bunkers at the border of Bolivia to eliminate any oncoming enemies!

I name my Capital City Aurum. Well then I tell my men to advance slowly, not just by rushing there. I also make snipers accompany them. Then I build a government structure in Aurum, so that's where I issue all my commands and stuff
