it does nothing, after a short but tense time the front falls onto the wall making a bridge and a could dozen skirmishers rush onto the walls

My slingers stay back and fire at them while my others charge.

well the cavalry can;t be up there and the pikes have to use spatha's, but you all charge. they all hit the skirmishers shields and don't get any kills
