Haven't uploaded anything recently so I figured it was time to catch up the thread with my recent work! I dropped out of art school but I got an apprenticeship as a tattoo artist so like, that's pretty cool.
Graphite, charcoal and white/black ink
Mechanical pencil, had to do this as one of my first drawings for my apprenticeship. The idea was that you have to be able to control the pressure you're putting on skin when tattooing to change the level of shade in the tattoo, so I had to draw this with a mechanical pencil and no blending stump
Cruddy little landscape I did of an area near my house, figured I'd include it cause why not. Graphite and ink
I drew a gold fish to go with the Betta, also graphite and black/white ink
This was just an idea I was fiddling around with, I need to finish it. It's basically gonna be some kind of weird sea creature when I'm done with it. It's ink washes on arches watercolor paper with india ink and prismacolor colored pencils layered on top.
Method for this one was same as the betta and goldfish, graphite and black/white ink
Hands are hard, did this one recently to practice on drawing them properly. Still kinda off but I'm getting better.
That's pretty much it, I've got a couple other pieces in the works but they're either not done or not at home for me to take a picture at the moment. I'll try to update more regularly from here on out.
