This reminds me of the Korean couple in Lost. God, that was so horribly annoying.
"English!" Cooper says.

Not the problem. I mean, half the dramatic spots in the first season involved the Korean couple trying to say something in Korean to warn everybody, and the English-speakers not understanding them.
So basically it was like this for me.
*Korean man comes running at the good guys* "THE OTHERS ARE COMING!"
"What's he saying?"
"I don't know! What are you saying?"
"RUN AWAY, THE OTHERS ARE COMING!"
"What is it!?!"
"THE OTHERS....ARE...COMING!"
"I don't understand you!"
"English! English!"
"OTHERS!" *in English*
*everybody runs away*
I mean...I get that for the people who don't understand Korean, it would be some great mystery, but it really ruined the suspense for me.

Anywho they look at you quizically

He repeats it in Vietnamese.
"English, please?"

*Ahem*

It was a fight which America ended with cease-fire, therefore, TIED.

And it was a fight that cowards hated. (Most Hippies took acid to get around to the drafting, so I consider them as draft rejects.)

ANYWAYS:

Name: Perry Smith
Age: 21
Gender: Male (at this time, it would only be male, right?)
Physical desc.: Perry has toned muscles due to extensive physical training. He is 5'10 and has medium-long and brown hair. He has brown eyes and a tan.
Personality: Intellectual, Authoritative, Tough
Trait: He can make great decisions when nobody else can
Bio: Throughout his life, Perry was a scout, and earned his eagle at age 15. Perry skipped a grade in elementary school, and graduated from high school at the age of 16. After studying two years at West Point, Perry was finally admitted into Harvard. Throughout his first year at Harvard Medical, Perry was contacted by several military recruiters. Perry went through another year at Harvard Medical, hoping not to get contacted by the military. Soon, Uncle Sam came knocking at his door. Perry fled to Canada to continue his medical career, then talked to a Marines recruiter at the U.S., after he repented of running away. Miraculously, he was recruited into the Marines. (I wasn't going for realism :P)
Perk: Can diagnose and treat a wounded man in the battlefield.
-------------
Side: America
Class: Marine
Weapons: M1 Garand, Remington 11-48, M72 Law, KA-BAR???
Misc.: Navigation Kit, Medical Supplies, Knife, Rope, Radio

Health: 100/100

Bull****, it was a stupid fight from the very beginning. We should have just let the French get their ***** kicked and left it at that.

No. American won in a military sense, but Vietnam won politically and socioeconomically. So Vietnam won.

Wasn't the fight mainly controlled by politicians, so if Vietnam won politically, that's all that matter.

I completely agree, there was no reason to go to Vietnam.
