This RPG is to test your strategy and economics.
Intro:
20 years ago...
"When I grow up, I want to rule the world!!" "Thats nice honey." Mum says. "I'm serious!!!" You reply. You go to the Library with Mum. You notice the "Physics, Science, and Weapons" section. You walk to the area, and pick out three books that interest you. "All about Particle physics"(+10 Intelligence,+5 Physics), "101 Interesting Weapons"(+5 Intelligence, +10 Weapons), and "How to dominate a small town"(+10 Intelligence,+5 Domination). Pick one.

Now...
"I must dominate the world!!*evil cackle*" You speak to yourself. "I have finally created the Incinerifle!hehe... Time to start dominating!"

Name-Put your name here.

Knowledge-Gain knowledge fromreading books, Interogating people, completing missions,+25% when doing scout missions.

Exp(experience)-Experience is the main way to gain skill points and knowledge. at level 1,You require 500 Exp. Every level, Exp rises by x1.2. e.g. You are level 2 (600) and your next level would be 600 x1.2. That would be 720.

Money-The currency of earth. Used to buy items, hire minions, etc.

SP(Stat points)-You will start with 20 SP +the book you chose 20 years ago.place the points into each category you desire,(Intelligence, weapons, domination, control)

Intelligence- Determines if you can build weapons, buildings, etc.

Weapons-Determines what you can equip and how high your weapon levels can go.

Domination-Determines the level of region you can dominate.

Control: Determines the level of minion you can control.

Equipped weapons-The weapons you can equip.
offense-offensive weapons such as the incinerifle can be equipped here.
defense-defensive weapons can be equipped here such as cars or other mounts.
Army-You can equip your army here.
Gem-Equip priceless artifacts here such as the Ruby.

Guys, dont forget to add the stats from your book that you chose from the library.

We will collect it for you and we will build a mutagen machine, Mut-a-machine, or simply MAM."

Santa Cruz- Description:
Santa Cruz is a small twon near Watsonville, a lovely beach, and plenty of oldfolk, and young people on the beach. There are a few main roads, lots of shops, and a small black market which is connected to Gilroy. The crime is not too bad, but there is also only a few 50 policemen who patrol the city.
reports: Should be fine to dominate if you could save the town from a shark attack, there are plenty of sharks that live in the area.

Gilroy- Description:
A medium sized city with plenty of country folk. The people cannot speak as much good english than Santa Cruz, but they know a lot more about their town and the farming. There are roughly 30 Policemen in Gilroy, and there is no Crime because the folk are always friendly.
Reports: A good way to get hold of Gilroy is if we put poison on the crops, make all the food eaten by "crows", and you come in to save the day.

By the way, did you know these are real towns?

You and 25 soldiers go to Santa Cruz, and tell the message, but the people say, only if its an emergency, if you see sharks, leave them, they are innocent, so you build towers, and put a guard on each tower, they look out for sharks, and one reports a sighting of a shark, everyone evacuates, and they respect you. After the shark leaves, everyone gos back into the water, and a really big shark appears. "Is...Is that a megalodon???" A marine Biologist takes photos of the giant shark, and you get a phone call, tony is on the phone. You pick up, and Tony tells you that the shark is fake, and they are controlling it. Your men start shooting at the shark, and it gos away. "All part of the plan Weren." The City grants you mayor, and they kick off Mayor Henry.
You now own Santa Cruz.
You now earn $5000 a turn.
You now have +$150000, 250exp.

You go back to Watsonville labs, and the crew applaud you."Well done Weren! Also, the MAM is now set up and ready, here, 500 mutagens, put a bottle of Mutagens in the machine, and you can create an army!!
