This RPG is to test your strategy and economics.
Intro:
20 years ago...
"When I grow up, I want to rule the world!!" "Thats nice honey." Mum says. "I'm serious!!!" You reply. You go to the Library with Mum. You notice the "Physics, Science, and Weapons" section. You walk to the area, and pick out three books that interest you. "All about Particle physics"(+10 Intelligence,+5 Physics), "101 Interesting Weapons"(+5 Intelligence, +10 Weapons), and "How to dominate a small town"(+10 Intelligence,+5 Domination). Pick one.

Now...
"I must dominate the world!!*evil cackle*" You speak to yourself. "I have finally created the Incinerifle!hehe... Time to start dominating!"

Name-Put your name here.

Knowledge-Gain knowledge fromreading books, Interogating people, completing missions,+25% when doing scout missions.

Exp(experience)-Experience is the main way to gain skill points and knowledge. at level 1,You require 500 Exp. Every level, Exp rises by x1.2. e.g. You are level 2 (600) and your next level would be 600 x1.2. That would be 720.

Money-The currency of earth. Used to buy items, hire minions, etc.

SP(Stat points)-You will start with 20 SP +the book you chose 20 years ago.place the points into each category you desire,(Intelligence, weapons, domination, control)

Intelligence- Determines if you can build weapons, buildings, etc.

Weapons-Determines what you can equip and how high your weapon levels can go.

Domination-Determines the level of region you can dominate.

Control: Determines the level of minion you can control.

Equipped weapons-The weapons you can equip.
offense-offensive weapons such as the incinerifle can be equipped here.
defense-defensive weapons can be equipped here such as cars or other mounts.
Army-You can equip your army here.
Gem-Equip priceless artifacts here such as the Ruby.

Guys, dont forget to add the stats from your book that you chose from the library.

You put in 465 Mutagens, and on the conveyer belt comes out the mutants. The basic ones seem a bit shorter than us, have two red eyes, black orcish like skin, and pointy teeth. The advanced ones have four eyes, they are a bit bigger than us, and they are a dark green skin like. The flying ones, however, come out, and are roughly the size of tiger cubs, have four yellow eyes, eagle wings, a beak, but the beak is larger than an eagles beak. "We are at your command sir!" They speak in deep voices.

You go in disguise to the farms of Gilroy, and poison the large hectares of crops. After you go and change back, going in to save the town. "Help! The crops are in peril!" One screams. "Do not fear!!" You say, "Me and my people will help you, and revive them!" A large truck like machine comes in, with drippers. "These drippers will revive any plants and the cells."The trucks go all around Gilroy, and revive all the plants. A flock of crows fly in and eat all the crops, then, you signal to your men, and a giant scarecrow walks in and shews them away.
"Hooray for Mayor Weren!!" they all say.
You go back to the labs. "Simply flawless sir!!" The engineers and scientists say. "Nothing has happened while you were away."

You now earn $10000 a turn.

You can now fast travel to Selinas, and Seaside.

First, go get us those laser inducers and EMP engines from black market.

You go to the black market, and demand the equipment, and they give it to you, they dont recognise you, but you take off the walrus moustache and they hand it to you. You put it back on, and go to the military base. "Hello Larry. Come back for another shift?" "Yep." You say. You swipe the card, and enter. You look around, and see many a guard. You see the shooter, and go to it. "Larry! Hi there, the shooter is ready to be taken to Military base 61078. You get in the car, and drive the shooter outside. You drive to the scientists. "I got everything." "Nice. Now, this will take a few days, come back yes?" You hand them everything, and they start doing what they always do.

Wow. Your the first that added the book stats to your skills. Anyways, you didnt read the OP, so, Con is Control, your ability to control an army, the higher, the more better they lisen to you. And, no need to ask how you got 10k, but ill tell you, you're like, 30, and since you were 16 you had part time job. Okay? Good. By the way, $10000 in this game may sound like a lot, but its not really. Some things could cost like $1000000. Lowest on this game is $500 for ammo, lowest actual part or weapon is $5000. Things arent the way you see here.
