When you pick your name, if you don't have a special name or anything, then just put your Pokemon name.
For your Pokemon, you cannot use a legendary and your pokemon must be in its first stage, unevolved. Even if its a "baby" type like pichu or munchlax.
For your trait, you cannot be a shadow pokemon, be miscolored, or be a "shiny" pokemon. You cannot be much bigger or smaller, or shorter or taller. The traits are just for small things.

Also, dont think your limited to whatever faction. If you must know, its like this. Shinys defeated, shadows defeated. Taken together. Shiny shadows defeated, primals defeated. Taken together. Shiny primal shadow pokemon defeated, absorbed by deoxys invasion. If this lasts long enough to go through beating the shinys, shadows, primals, and then the shadow shinys, and then the shadow shiny primals, and then the deoxys. Well then, you get to face the faction of ultimate evil. Mewtwo will be thrown into the mix soon too.

My eyes widen ever so slightly before I manage to wrestle my face back into a distant, unconcerned expression. "I'm guessing that means that Lady Kyogre was turned to stone as well..."
After a moment of consideration, I know what I must do.
"Pursuing me is a creature the likes of which you've never seen before and I wish never to see again," I say to the Charizard. "There's no way that I can fight it on my own, and I've seen it devour a Scizor whole, tear a Blastoise in half, and destroy a veritable army of water-types. I need your help. Bring everyone you can - we have to find Rayquaza and revive Lord Groudon and Lady Kyogre before it's too late."
Even as I make my plea to the Charizard, my absurd request that he field an army for me, small even for an Azurill and likely miniscule in his eyes, my mind is racing. The Berserk Gene sounds like something that I definitely do not want falling into the Deoxys-creature's hands, but what if... what if I used it on myself?

You wake up being dangled over a pit of....purple stuff in a large vat. A shadow sableye and a shadow pupitar watch you, with the sableye manning a control mechanism to slowly lower you into it.

The charizard considers this for a moment, when the deoxys bursts through the door, and removes itself from the scizor(now dead) and leap all over the charizard, streatching around, consumeing, and infecting it. THe charizard lets a pained scream out, before letting loose his last words "The sky...pillar". He struggles to fight back the deoxys, and it wont be long until he is consumed.
