As you use withdraw the wild shinx uses tackle but it does very little damage. It manages to avoid your tackle and it uses leer.

Well the battle goes on until it bites yo *** with flaming fangs, it used fire fang, and turtwig faints. But the Shinx still looks a bit beat up.
