so i was thinking yesterday that although my game take the castle is working as i would like, it is boring. although it keeps me busy with lots of things i must pay attention to, the players say "i raid" and sometimes "i buy 1 heavy infantry unit." so i have devised a new dungeon crawler game that i think any active forum participator will like. here is the intro- (this is a mid-evil era game)

One day, as you are sitting in your cottage, you hear a knock on your door. you go to answer it. standing there is a man in long purple cloaks (keep in mind that is the sign of royalty). you cannot see his face or any part of his body, as the cloak covers it all. he seems...friendly-ish, but before you can say anything he begins.
"Hello! my name is sir Acrobis of the Deminin family. i am here because i am looking for brave adventurers to help me forfill a quest...a very dangerous one. have you ever heard of the legendary dragon's gold?" you think for a moment, but you do not recall of it. "well legend has it that in a town very close to here a dragon has millions of pounds of gols stashed away in an underground safe...and i am trying to assemble a team to recover it. everyone participating splits the loot. Do you accept?" you say of course, beacuse you wont turn an offer like this one down. however, the following events are foggy.

Rules:
1. i am the only one who determines outcomes of anything. you NEVER will say "i decapitate xyz monster and then run down a hall." instead, "i attempt to decaptiate xyz monster." big difference.
2. If/when you become in a party, battling will be different. i havent worked this out yet, but i can tell you this, if your not posting every 2 days, you may be subject to be taken out temporarily to permanently
3. godmodding is strictly forbidden
4. if you die, you are done. you may restart, but EVERYTHING you had will be destroyed.
5. arguing will NOT be tolerated

Notes:
1. observe EVERYTHING. one of the major functions in this game will be to observe the room. if you enter a room i will give you obvious things, but most everything important or even special you will have to take a turn and observe for.
2. every peice of armor will have stats, rarity, and resell value, because there will be AI vendors in this game
3. everyone is on the same map. i cannot stress this enough because its very important. i will sketch the map, and is possible to go into a room that has already been explored
4. enemies will, for the most part, scale to your level. but in some instances they may not. bosses will not present themselves to you obviously, and if your very weak i may say "dont not go in there unless you plan on dieing."
5. PvP is going to happen, unless you want to baby through the game and never hurt a soul.
6. everything you do in this game will factor towards your alignment. i will tell you what you are and inform you of changes.
7. XP will be gained by killing monsters. PvP kills will be worth TONS. leveling up increases base stats. i will tell you when you gain XP
8. I will always update your CS (character sheet), not you. there is a format i want it in, and it will be that way.

I say that it doesn't matter and that I could teach him a couple spells as well, if he wants. If he says yes then I teach him the fire whisp spell and the small icicle spell. I then join him in eating the lizard, and ask him why he's in the dungeon.

food/water is infinite. you never run out of that. as for inventory, i will probably stop you when you get to a ridiculous amount of items.

"i will join you, fine. i will willfully follow orders because i cant be tactical myself." he says, which means he's been added to your party.

now that he's in your party, you can tell him to do whatever you want. you can train him as a mage, but it will take him awhile to get a hang of it. he will follow you, and keep calm most of the time. you can leave this room now. he will level up as well, and gain XP. currently, he is a knight.

"my name is Henry," he says.

I reply to Henry that I came here as a mission from a nobleman to take the treasure from a dragon who lives at the bottom of this place. Somehow though, I was trapped by a skeleton in a similar way to you. Stranger still than the fact that I didn't remember how I got there was that there was a magical tome beside me. I ask him why he came to this dungeon. I then continue down the corridor.

you reach a huge room. you and henry enter, and you figure the ceiling is at least 20 feet in the air. looking at it, you see the room is the size of a football field. there are many stands with tents and wooden tables, but they are all abandoned. it seems like this place is a bazaar...but their shouldnt be one underground. in the middle of some stands, there is a man standing and crying a little. their appears to be nothing of interest as you walk in, and the man takes no notice of you. however a more thorough search of this room would be required. the room is lit with sunlight, or at least the appearance of sunlight because its all underground.

"i came in search of the same thing...this nobleman...did he have a long, purple robe on?" asks Henry.

you notice nothing. however there is light at the end of your hallway, and it appears to be coming from a room.

be more descriptive. the more work you do and less i do makes this an easier and more fun game.by the way, you will not suffocate.

you push up on the coffin, but nothing happens. you notice the top budges, but barely. there seems to be extreme resistance. you then realize that your in midair, probably the ceiling, because the bottom of the coffin shifts and your now in a more upright position. you hear some rubble fall, and you can tell its not a long way down.

you begin walking around, taking the left of the room. Henry goes right. you find nothing except for merchant's stands, and they are all abandoned, without anything in them. nothing else is in the room. you and Henry meet back up in the middle.
"nothing interesting over there. these stands though...i am not to sure what to think," Henry says.
the man in the middle turns and looks at you with rage in his eyes.
"you two must have been the ones that did this..." he gets closer to you slowly and threateningly.

the man begins crying, but tries holding it back.
"there used to be a bazaar here...a lively one...filled with merchants. but one day 2 men came and said we all had to hand over our merchandise or be annihilated. we decided to just laugh at them, they didnt pose an immediate threat to us or anything else. but soon they did...and they put on one hell of a show. they destroyed most everything...this is all that remains. soon this dungeon was built over-top of it, and it was lost in time. the traveling merchant and his brother were the only ones who overcame this...how i do not know. my wife was one of the slaughtered in this massacre...i am here to morn her death. the light in the ceiling i have illuminated...i am a lightmancer."

then, you realize a man has entered the opposite side of the room. its Rychus.

you enter the room, quickly realizing its giant. you look up to see there is a blue flame illuminating the room. its big, about the size of a football field. you can tell because the ceiling is high and allows you to see the size of them room. there are merchant stands everywhere with colorful striped canvas tops...but they are all abandoned. you see a man in hysterics talking with two other men on the far side of the room. one looks beaten and ragged, the other looks to be a mage. the crying man looks to be a commoner.

you found Jarray, so you could kill him or talk to him or just ignore him. but in-game you dont know who he is.
