What if in Dragon Age Origins there was more than just one hero? The first battle against the Darkspawn was won and the king survived? This is all about new and different events that will cause a far different game.
You are one of many conscripted to undergo the rigorous trials of iniatoin into the ranks of the famous Grey Wardens as the threat of another Darkspawn invasion is imminent with the confirmation of a Archdemon made by the skilled and lucky scout, Reylan. His efforts allowed for the many races to prepare although the elves and dwarves believe that they will fare better to fight them on their own. King Cailan gathers his army with the new Grey Warden in hopes to quickly kill the Archdemon. Can you find glory in the midst of battle or will you fall as so many have before the evil Darkspawn?

Name: Lyali Aleanathem Age: 21 Race: Elf Gender: F Class: Rogue Background: High-class, Dalish elf Description: Lyali is of average height and weight for her race. She has short white hair with dark red highlights. She dresses like the tomboy she is and her wild raising shows along with her playfulness more often then most would like. History: Lyali was born to a Dalish tribe that lives in the Korcari Wilds. Lyali's mom, Kynis, is the sister of her tribe's current leader. Her dad, Sizair, is a great hunter who like his wife thinks that the elves should team up with the humans and drawves to handle this problem. Because of this Lyali was sent to the nearest human settlement to find the Gray Wardens and to try to become a part of them. "Alright." She said before letting out a small chuckle at how Alistair was treating the dog trainer and at how he described on of her kind. "Yes, I'm Dalish but that doesn't mean that I can make another one act any nicer." She said with a big smile and wondered if all humans were as nice as Alistair and the kennel master, for they were the first humans she had had much interaction with.
To thecode11: You stand in the main camp at Ostagar. The Grey Warden Commander Duncan has already briefed you on tomorrow's mission and you are free to explore the fortress and enjoy the day for tomorrow you will begin your final initiation into the Grey Wardens. You can see the King's tent, the kennels, Grey Warden's camp. You can also see a few noticeable people including a heavily armored male dwarf being rowdy with a few other wardens, a female elf from an alienage much like yourself but from a different city, a surprisingly tall male Dalish elf who walks alone, a beautiful human female in heavy armor speaking very politely with some others, a human male mage who rests against a stone wall, and finally a very mysterious shrouded figure who you can't see his or hers face.
To Storm: Alistair laughs more "I don't think anyone can make him 'nice" he says and smile softly "I didn't think we would get so many recruits but that's the nice thing about the blight isn't it? It really brings people together." he say then let out a small yawn while stretching "Well I need to go check up on the other recruits before nightfall and you're welcome to join me but otherwise if you have any questions, I'll do my best to answer them." he says before heading off

Lyali waves good bye to Alistair before leaving to find something to eat. She didn't mind if Deathbite followed her as long as he understood that he would have to stay in the kennels tomorrow.
Deathbite followed its new master while happily wagging its tail. Further down the way were tables set up to resemble a mess hall as soldiers sat down and enjoyed themselves. A few Gray Warden recruits among them with one particular standing out, a dwarf with a large axe sheathed on his back leading the men in some sort of victory song. You would think they didn't even realize there was a threat lingering in the wilds. There were a few exceptions, mainly the elf girl, the other Dalish elf, and a mysterious cloaked man enjoying a drink at his own table. The cook was hard at work with some elf servants even harder at work as you hear him giving commands to them.

I wander over to the kennels and ask the kennel master if I can check out the dogs.
The Kennel Master turns to look at you "Another Elf looking to join the Grey Wardens, eh? Well you can check them out all you want but I'm afraid they are all spoken for and needed for tomorrow night's battle." he says then begins humming a catchy tune as he grabs hold of a bucket and toss pieces of meat into each of the dogs' pens.

I thank the kennel master for his knowledge then look at the dogs.
A majority of the dogs in the kennels were Malbari War Hounds, some purebreds and some not. The dogs looked back at you, they will be the first to charge into the ranks of Darkspawn tomorrow night while a few are already afflicted from biting them from earlier battles. It then the beautiful War Maiden from before walks up "Kennel Master, Can you watch Jasper for me?" she asks very politely and the Kennel Master nods with a small smile "Of course, m'lady." he says before taking the leash of her dog 'Jasper' and leading him to a open pen. The Dog growls at him but does not struggle. She gives him a smile back "Thank you." She says then looks over at you for a moment, giving you a warm smile, before walking past you towards the 'mess hall' .

I go to the outer walls of the fortress near the kokiri wilds to explore also knowing such girls aren't always to be trusted.
A few sentries pass you as you walk by seeming not to care for your presence. As you get towards the end of the wall, a single elf girl sits on a piece of rubble near the edge, just looking out at the beautiful horizon that makes you forget about the horrors deeper in the forest. She doesn't hear you approach, her mind lost in the scenery. She is a Alienage elf so this must be exotic and new to her.

She was not a servant like many other elves here but was in fact here to become a Warden as well as her Leather armor, bow, arrows, and dual daggers suggested.

She smiles a little then sighs softly "Ah, look at that sunset. You don't see anything like this in the Alienage." She says in her soft voice. "If only my family could see this..." She says sadly
